reoXapp is currently built and tested for house slab takeoffs — both conventional slab-on-ground and waffle-pod (POD) slab systems — as well as shed slabs, retaining walls, pools, and other small-scale takeoffs. All rebar schedules, bar mark allocations, cut and bend lists, mesh requirements, structural section quantifications, and product breakdowns generated by reoXapp are automated estimations derived from user-uploaded plans and parameter inputs. The software operates as an assistive digital tool and does not constitute or replace professional structural engineering, quantity surveying, or detail drafting services. All outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
reoXapp's processing accuracy depends entirely on the clarity, scale, resolution, and legibility of uploaded documents. The app does not guarantee accurate extraction or calculations when handling hand-drawn sketches, low-resolution raster files, incomplete architectural or structural sets, uncalibrated PDF scales, ambiguous notations, or non-standard CAD conventions. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that uploaded plans are clear, accurately scaled, and complete.
